No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

All fiber optic cable assemblies sold by Fiber are final sale. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges on any orders.

Why All Sales Are Final

Every cable assembly ships factory-tested with verified insertion loss. Fiber optic connectors are precision-polished components — once a cable leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee that end-faces, ferrules, or jacket integrity have not been compromised by handling, installation, or environmental exposure.

To maintain the quality and reliability our customers depend on, we do not resell returned cable.

Defective or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue. Please include photos of the damage and your order number.

Custom Orders

Custom-length and custom-connector assemblies are built to your specifications and are non-cancellable once production begins.
